#11 Jockey to the Fair | Piano Sheet Music | Arranged by Annette
11th in a series of piano arrangements.
The Jockey to the Fair tune is also a choreographed "set dance".
This sheet music has been created to supplement my teaching of Old Style solo dance, I have brought it to the fore now as many students have asked for recordings and sheet music of this dance specific repertoire.
A recording of this track is also available for download, you can add to cart from the "Specialised CD/Tracks" category in the shop.
Summary - you will receive a hard copy in the mail. Enjoy!

You can find a trailer advertising my first three set dance arrangements on the Piano page of this website.
I am currently working towards a CD of dance tunes, as a sneak preview, I decided to make an initial three pieces/recordings available for download/purchase: The King of the Fairies, Jockey to the Fair, The Garden of Daisies - all from the set dance repertoire.
I believe these arrangements to be a product of my love of the piano, my experience as a dancer and my understanding of the dance specific repertoire.
Review: "Annette's arrangements are a welcome addition to anyone who enjoys traditional sets. Learners will benefit from her sensitive approach and light touch, making these recordings a pleasure to dance to, while those teaching will appreciate the tempos and thoughtful arrangements with correct lengths for the old-style sets. Annette has brought her expertise as a dancer to this collection of set dance pieces, making them a delight for listeners and movers alike."
