10th in a series of piano arrangements.
The King of the Fairies tune is also a choreographed "set dance".
This sheet music has been created to supplement my teaching of Old Style solo dance, brought it to the fore now as many students have asked for recordings and sheet music of this dance specific repertoire.
A recording of this track is also available for download, you can add to cart from the "Specialised CD/Tracks" category in the shop.
Summary - you will receive an electronic download PDF to your inbox. Enjoy!

I am currently working towards a CD of dance tunes, as a sneak preview, I decided to make an initial three pieces/recordings available for download/purchase: The King of the Fairies, Jockey to the Fair, The Garden of Daisies - all from the set dance repertoire.
I believe these arrangements to be a product of my love of the piano, my experience as a dancer and my understanding of the dance specific repertoire.
Review: "Annette's arrangements are a welcome addition to anyone who enjoys traditional sets. Learners will benefit from her sensitive approach and light touch, making these recordings a pleasure to dance to, while those teaching will appreciate the tempos and thoughtful arrangements with correct lengths for the old-style sets. Annette has brought her expertise as a dancer to this collection of set dance pieces, making them a delight for listeners and movers alike."
