Please note, the advanced discounted rate is no longer available. You can purchase you place here - or in person on Sunday.
Step with Annette is excited to offer another workshop at the Cobblestone, teaching relatively new choreography to a popular session tune called:
"The Butterfly", a 3 part slip jig, 9/8 rhythm
Come and enjoy this wonderful percussive dance. This workshop is appropriate for an intermediate level dancer - if necessary, Annette can run the workshop at 2 levels. Annette learned this dance from Maria Monakova, in an online workshop.

- Le Grand Bal de l'Europe - aussi / also in France
Annette looks forward to leading you in dance - her reputation as a teacher of traditional dance grew hugely during covid, due to her online programme which reached as far west as Seattle, and east to Japan - teaching to a growing community of old style dancers from all around the world.
Between May 2020 and June 2024 Annette delivered 14 courses of dance, at 4 levels - as well as private online classes and workshops.
You may be interested to know that there is live music in the main bar of the Cobblestone from 14.30hrs, as well as a Balfolk dance event at 16.00hrs - traditional dances of Europe - instruction is included. Free entry, with a suggested donation of €5. I plan to stay for this event and lead some of the dances.
